Job Description:We are hiring a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter who is proficient in at least one South Indian language. The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment and support hiring activities.

• Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Conducting telephonic interviews
• Coordinating with candidates and internal team
• Maintaining candidate records and follow-ups
• Required Skills:Must know any one language:
• Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Eligibility:Graduate in any stream
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 + Incentives
• Performance-based incentives
