Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through online databases, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
• Achieve monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
