Job Description:

Nextgen Recruitors is hiring a Female HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling candidates and explaining job roles and work details
• Informing candidates about the company, policies, and work culture
• Collecting and verifying candidate documents
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Sending selected candidate documents to the company after final interview
• Ensuring selected candidates join on their scheduled date of joining

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
• Good communication and follow-up skills
