📍 Location: Prayagraj / Allahabad (Work from Office and work from home)

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00AM – 6:00 PM

🗣 Languages Required: Hindi & English

💰 Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month + intentive

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with job seekers

Explain job opportunities and assist with application and onboarding

Guide candidates through joining formalities for delivery/logistics roles (Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, flipcard minetes, Zepto, etc.)

Maintain daily call records and candidate status in the system

Follow up with inactive candidates and support them until they start working

Required Skills:Prior experience in delivery partner hiring, recruitment, or staffing (preferred)

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets

Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
