MLT TRAINER

GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated MLT Trainer to join our Prayagraj campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students enrolled in our Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) programs. Your goal is to ensure students gain the technical proficiency and clinical confidence required to excel in modern diagnostic settings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Delivery & Instruction

• Conduct engaging classroom lectures on core subjects including Hematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, and Immunology.
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and study materials aligned with the academy's curriculum.
• Utilize modern teaching aids and demonstrations to simplify complex diagnostic concepts.

2. Practical Laboratory Training

• Supervise students during hands-on sessions in the teaching laboratory.
• Train students in essential techniques: sample collection (phlebotomy), urine analysis, tissue processing, and blood chemistry.
• Demonstrate the proper use, calibration, and maintenance of lab instruments like microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.

3. Student Assessment & Mentorship

• Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, and viva-voce sessions to evaluate student progress.
• Guide students in completing their logbooks, project work, and case studies.
• Provide academic support and career mentorship to help students become "job-ready".

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Microbiology.

• Experience: * 1–3 years of experience in teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
