Job Title: Admin / Operations Executive – FMCG SectorExperience: Minimum 5 years

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Operations Executive with over 5 years of experience in handling day-to-day administrative and operational functions in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, efficient coordination across departments, and strong vendor and logistics management.

  • Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
  • Monitor dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations for timely delivery.
  • Handle office management, maintenance, and administrative documentation.
  • Support HR and finance teams in attendance, billing, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order processing and stock updates.
  • Maintain records related to purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and government authorities when required.
  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Operations Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations or administration, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle tight deadlines.
