Job Title: Admin / Operations Executive – FMCG SectorExperience: Minimum 5 years

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Operations Executive with over 5 years of experience in handling day-to-day administrative and operational functions in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, efficient coordination across departments, and strong vendor and logistics management.
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
- Monitor dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations for timely delivery.
- Handle office management, maintenance, and administrative documentation.
- Support HR and finance teams in attendance, billing, and petty cash management.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order processing and stock updates.
- Maintain records related to purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and government authorities when required.
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations or administration, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle tight deadlines.
