Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Operations person to oversee the complete operations of a Restobar in Prayagraj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experience, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day restaurant & bar operations

• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage and supervise floor staff, kitchen team, and bar operations
• Handle inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and local regulations
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations professionally
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and offers
• Maintain ambience, cleanliness, and service quality standards

Key Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant/restobar operations

• Prior experience in bar or lounge operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Good knowledge of inventory control and billing systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration
• Experience with POS systems and reporting tools
