​Vortex Powers is a rapidly growing company in the automotive sector. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing distributor relationships. Key Responsibilities:

​Network Expansion: Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers across the region for our premium Coolants and Filter range (Air, Cabin, Oil filters).

​Strategic Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the automotive aftermarket for Trucks, Tractors, Buses, and Cars.

​Relationship Management: Foster long-term loyalty with partners.

​Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to ensure Vortex Powers remains a market leader.

​Field Engagement: Organize and lead Mechanic Meets, Retailer Meets, and product demonstrations to build brand awareness.

​Performance Tracking: Manage secondary sales, track collections, and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales targets vs. achievements.
