Qualification: Graduation (No Backlogs)

Experience: 1 years of experience in Collection with relieving Letter/resignation Acceptance Mail

Bike: Mandatory

Should have good communication skill in English & Hindi

Role Objective:

Responsible for timely collection of premiums/dues through MC DMS system, coordination with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure accurate posting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily premium/EMI collections through MC DMS (Dealer Management System)
• Follow up with customers/dealers for pending payments and overdue cases
• Update collection status and receipts accurately in the DMS system
• Reconcile collected amounts with finance/accounts team
• Resolve customer queries related to payments, receipts, and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on collections and outstanding balances
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth closure of cases
