Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Closure
Identify, qualify, and convert leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar EPC projects to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Customer Needs Assessment & Site Evaluation
Conduct client meetings and preliminary site visits to understand energy requirements and roof/site feasibility and coordinate with the technical team for solution design.
Proposal & Commercial Negotiation
Prepare customized solar proposals, including system sizing, ROI calculations, pricing, and timelines; negotiate terms and close contracts.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners, acting as the single point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Market Intelligence & Policy Awareness
Track solar market trends, competitor activities, government policies, DISCOM guidelines, and subsidy frameworks to support effective sales strategiInternal Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project handover; maintain accurate CRM data, sales reports, and MIS documentation.
