Team Leader

Location: prayagraj

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + ₹3,000 Incentive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader who has experience in Delivery Boy Hiring and Recruitment. The candidate should be able to manage a small team and ensure daily hiring targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the recruitment team for delivery boy hiring.
• Handle daily calling, screening, and onboarding of delivery partners.
• Track team performance and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Coordinate with candidates and explain job roles and requirements.
• Maintain proper records of candidates and hiring data.
• Support the team in closing hiring requirements on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in delivery boy hiring / recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate handling.
• Good communication and team handling skills.
• Ability to work on daily hiring targets.
