We are hiring a Team Leader for Zepto who will be responsible for managing a team of delivery partners / warehouse staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.

🔧 Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of delivery executives / store staff

Ensure daily order targets are achieved

Handle shift schedules and attendance

Maintain store/warehouse discipline and workflow

Resolve delivery partner issues and escalate when required

Monitor performance, quality, and timely deliveries

Keep inventory updates and coordinate with managers

Ensure safety and company policies are followed

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

Experience as Team Leader / Supervisor in delivery, logistics, warehouse or retail

Good communication & leadership skills

Ability to handle pressure and team management

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, App handling)
