📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with orders, issues & queries
• Provide information about Swiggy services
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Ensure good customer experience

⏰ Working Hours:

• Full Time: 8–9 hours/day
• Part Time: Flexible shifts available

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
• Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
• Basic knowledge of mobile & calling systems
