Key Responsibilities (मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ):

• Customers ko outbound/inbound calls karna
• Company ki services/products ke baare mein information dena
• Leads generate karna aur unhe qualify karna
• Customer ki queries ko samajhna aur unka solution provide karna
• CRM / Google Sheets / Software mein call data update karna
• Daily/weekly call aur conversion targets achieve karna
• Customers ke saath regular follow-up karna
• Team ko call reports provide karna
• Required Skills (आवश्यक स्किल्स):Achhi communication aur customer-handling skills
• Hindi mandatory, English hona ek plus point
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM)
• Positive attitude aur strong convincing skills
• Pressure mein kaam karne ki ability

Qualifications (योग्यता):

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Telecalling / BPO / Sales ka experience ho toh advantage
