Telecaller

Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Tele caller to contact prospective clients, generate leads, and schedule site visits. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

• Explain real estate projects, properties, and offers to customers
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer details in CRM or Excel
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
• Maintain call records and follow-up status
• Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
• Ability to convince and negotiate
• Freshers can apply (experience in tele calling/sales is a plus)
• Experience1-2 years (Real estate or sales tele calling experience preferred)
• Work Timing Full-time / Day shift
• 6 days working
