- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with orders, issues & queries
- Provide information about Swiggy services
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Ensure good customer experience
⏰ Working Hours:
- Full Time: 8–9 hours/day
- Part Time: Flexible shifts available
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
