💼 Position: Telecaller / Rider Support Executive
📍 Location: vmc office prayagraj
💰 Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 + Incentives
- 🔥 Job Role (Kaam kya hoga):
- Delivery riders ko call karke unki queries solve karna
- Rider onboarding & ID activation support
- Daily follow-ups aur performance tracking
- Rider issues (payment, app problem, login issue) handle karna
- Data maintain karna (Excel / CRM basic work)
- 🎯 Requirements:
- Basic Hindi + thodi English communication
- Calling experience preferred (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)
- Smartphone & basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude & good communication skills
- 💸 Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹6k – ₹8k
