- Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities (मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ)ग्राहकों को आउटबाउंड/इनबाउंड कॉल करना
- कंपनी की सेवाओं/प्रोडक्ट्स की जानकारी देना
- लीड जनरेट करना और उन्हें क्वालिफाई करना
- कस्टमर की क्वेरी को समझना और समाधान प्रदान करना
- CRM/Google Sheet/Software में कॉल का डेटा अपडेट करना
- दैनिक/साप्ताहिक कॉल और कन्वर्ज़न टार्गेट पूरा करना
- कस्टमर के साथ फ़ॉलो-अप करना
- टीम को कॉल रिपोर्ट देना
- Required Skills (आवश्यक स्किल्स)अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और कस्टमर हैंडलिंग स्किल्स
- हिंदी अनिवार्य, इंग्लिश बोनस
- बेसिक कंप्यूटर नॉलेज (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM)
- Positive attitude और convincing skills
- दबाव में काम करने की क्षमता
- Qualifications (योग्यता)न्यूनतम 12वीं पास / ग्रेजुएट
- Telecalling / BPO / Sales में अनुभव हो तो बेहतर
