Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated telecaller to contact potential or existing customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales (as per role)
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Handle customer queries and objections politely
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and target goals
• Follow up with interested customers

Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
• Ability to persuade and build rapport over calls
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
• Freshers can also apply
