Branch Manager Hotel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management - Take full ownership of the daily functioning and operational efficiency of the hostel.

Ensure seamless execution of SOPs and consistently maintain service standards.

Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor front office, housekeeping, and security staff.

Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team huddles. Operations Management Team Leadership Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.

Vendor & Partner Coordination - Manage third-party vendors for food, housekeeping, and security services.

Guest Experience & Service Quality - Ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality service delivery from vendors. Monitor and improve vendor performance through regular feedback. Conduct periodic checks to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience standards

Record Keeping & Data Management - Maintain accurate logs for inventory, housekeeping checklists, maintenance schedules, and guest

feedback.Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to the regional office.

Property Maintenance - Identify and report repair/maintenance needs.Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure adherence to safety and brand protocols

Budget & Cost Track operational expenses and manage property budget.

Management

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising guest experience.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
