Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Officer – B2B (HoReCa, Institutional Sales & Kiosk Expansion)
Location: South Arcot Region – Pondicherry, Villupuram, Chidambaram & nearby areas

Role Overview
Farmharvest is looking for a ground-level Field Sales Officer who is comfortable being on the road every day. This is a strictly B2B role involving direct market visits, relationship building, and order conversion. In addition to HoReCa, theatres, and distributors, the role also includes identifying and expanding Farmharvest kiosk opportunities in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
•
Visit HoReCa outlets, theatres, and distributors in the assigned territory
•
Pitch Farmharvest products and close B2B orders
•
Onboard new institutional customers and manage existing accounts
•
Identify potential locations and partners for Farmharvest kiosks
•
Support onboarding and expansion of Farmharvest kiosks in the region
•
Ensure regular follow-ups and coordination till order execution
•
Track competitor activity and share market feedback
•
Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Target Segments
•
Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés (HoReCa)
•
Theatres & Multiplex snack counters
•
Distributors & institutional buyers
•
Potential kiosk partners and high-footfall locations
•

Candidate Requirements
•
3+ years of field sales experience (FMCG / Food / HoReCa preferred)
•
Minimum Undergraduate Degree Required
•
Comfortable with daily travel across South Arcot region
•
Strong communication and negotiation skills
•
Ability to build and maintain long-term B2B relationships
•
Self-driven and disciplined with minimal supervision
•
Two-wheeler mandatory with license
•
Basic smartphone usage for reporting and follow-ups
