Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and accessories
- Handle hardware and software troubleshooting efficiently
- Perform device testing, quality checks, and ensure proper functionality after repair
- Explain issues and repair solutions clearly to customers
- Maintain service records and job sheets accurately
- Follow Apple service guidelines and company SOPs
- Ensure timely turnaround of service requests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the service desk
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / Certification in Mobile or Laptop Repair (preferred)
- Experience in mobile / laptop servicing (Apple experience is an added advantage)
- Knowledge of iOS, macOS, hardware components, and diagnostics
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Apple service standards
