Primary Teacher (PRT – All Subjects)

Location: Puducherry / Tamil Nadu, India

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to teach all subjects to students at the primary level. The ideal candidate should create a positive learning environment, foster student development, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach all primary-level subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, etc.)

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials

Create an interactive and engaging classroom environment

Assess and monitor student progress regularly

Maintain discipline and ensure student safety

Communicate effectively with parents and school management

Organize classroom activities, events, and co-curricular programs

Support overall student development (academic + behavioral)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A / B.Sc / B.Com)

D.El.Ed / B.Ed preferred

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

Strong classroom management abilities

Patience and passion for teaching children

Creativity in teaching methods

Basic computer knowledge
