Job Title: Receptionist Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
• Manage emails, couriers, and front desk communication
• Support basic administrative and office tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Customer service attitude
• Experience:Minimum 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Education:Any graduate / 12th pass (as per company requirement
