Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, designing, and managing chemical engineering projects from conceptualization to completion. This includes overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing resources efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage chemical engineering projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring all project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Conduct process design and simulations, including the development of PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and heat and material balance calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze and optimize chemical processes, systems, and equipment for improved efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource plans, ensuring timely execution of tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders, including project updates and risk assessments.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support the procurement process, working closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes and systems during project execution and commissioning.
