Job Description
We are seeking an Education Counsellor to guide students and parents about courses offered by the EdTech centre. The role involves handling leads, understanding student needs, providing accurate course information, and converting enquiries into enrolments. The counsellor will be responsible for achieving admission targets while maintaining a high level of student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses and career options
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-ups
