📌 Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger posting, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

Handle full-cycle accounting tasks (Accounts Payable & Receivable).

Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

Use Tally Prime for accounting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting.

Generate monthly MIS reports.

Maintain accurate records.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

✔ Proficiency in Tally Prime (required).

✔ Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, charts, complex formulas.

✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / Indian accounting standards).

✔ Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

✔ Excellent organizational, analytical and reporting skills.

✔ Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

📌 Desired Experience

Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance role (preferably within construction, electrical, or engineering services sector).
