Job Description
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and supervising the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, regulatory compliance, and timely financial reporting. The role involves handling financial transactions, maintaining books of accounts, monitoring cash flow, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and supporting management with financial analysis for better decision-making.
The Accounts Executive will ensure that all financial activities, including billing, payments, inventory accounting, taxation, and bank reconciliation, are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations such as GST and other applicable financial laws. The position also plays a key role in maintaining financial transparency, improving accounting processes, and supporting audits.
Additionally, the role requires close coordination with operations, purchase, and store teams to maintain proper financial control, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth financial management across the organization.
