Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant & Billing Executive to manage daily financial transactions, billing processes, and inventory-related entries in our structural steel and roofing business.

• Prepare and generate invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and e-way bills
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, stock, and daily transactions
• Handle GST billing, entries, and basic compliance work
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch team for smooth order processing
• Track and manage accounts receivable and payable
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance
• Assist in monthly reports, stock audits, and financial summaries
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding balances

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of GST, billing, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic computer operations
• Understanding of inventory management and billing systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Honest, responsible, and disciplined work attitude
