Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Maintain and update financial records and accounts.

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry.

Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and expense reports.

Monitor payments, receivables, and payables.

Support in bank reconciliation and financial documentation.

Maintain records of petty cash transactions.

Manage schedule, meetings, and appointments of management.

 Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

 Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.

               Organize travel arrangements and bookings if required.

 Maintain confidential information securely.

Assist in general office administration work.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar tools).

Good communication and organizational skills.
