Admin Cum Opration Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin & Operations Executive to manage daily branch administration and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the branch, coordinating with corporate clients, handling OPD patients, and maintaining records and MIS.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day branch administration and operations
• Handle OPD clients/patients efficiently and ensure a smooth experience
• Coordinate with corporate clients for appointments, follow-ups, and services
• Maintain and update MIS reports, daily records, and documentation
• Manage staff coordination, attendance, and task allocation
• Ensure proper billing, payment tracking, and reporting
• Handle client queries, calls, and email communication
• Maintain proper inventory and supplies at the branch
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Support management in improving branch performance and client satisfaction
