Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

·      Operational Management: Oversee daily administrative operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth workflows.

·      Facility and InfrastructureOversee plant facilities, including maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and security protocols to ensure a safe, productive working environment.

·      Vendor Management: office/plant facilities, cleaning, upkeeping, and coordinate with vendors or suppliers.

·      Housekeeping Management –

·      Security Management –

·      Transport & Travel Management –

·      Canteen Management –

·      Landscaping –

·      Stationary Management –

·      Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships, contracts, Invoicing and service level agreements (SLAs) with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

·      Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures; ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.

·      Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, canteen, and safety equipment.

·      Staff Supervision: Supervision and training of administrative personnel, providing guidance and coaching to maximize efficiency Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.

·      Document Control: Manage records, files, and reports, ensuring accurate documentation. 

 

Qualifications & Skills -

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 7-8 years of experience in administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & ERP.
