Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about the institute’s courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.
• Convert leads and inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and persuasive communication.
• Handle objections professionally and resolve queries to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Maintain and update daily reports of calls, inquiries, and admissions.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students to encourage referrals and retention.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional events.
• Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and open-house sessions to represent the institution.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all academic programs and training modules offered.
• Provide feedback to management on student needs, trends, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Education, or Business Management).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counselling, or customer service.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to handle objections and close admissions effectively.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for helping students.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
