Admission Counsellor

We are hiring Career Counsellors to handle student admissions for international commerce and finance courses such as US CMA, ACCA (UK), and CFA (USA). The role involves guiding students and parents about course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

The counsellor will be responsible for calling and following up on inbound and outbound leads, addressing student queries, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions. Maintaining proper follow-up records and working towards assigned admission targets will be an essential part of the role.

The candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi and should be comfortable speaking with students and parents over calls. A willingness to work in a target-based environment and basic understanding of sales or counselling will be preferred. Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, on-site position with fixed day working hours and one weekly off. The monthly salary is up to ₹20,000, along with performance-based incentives on every successful admission. Training will be provided, along with growth opportunities in education counselling.
