We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Counselor/BD Executive.

Responsibilities:

Counseling:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their goals and aspirations.

Provide detailed information about our share market classes, curriculum, and career prospects.

Address queries and concerns to ensure a clear understanding of the program.

They would be showcasing the unique Profitmax way of learning to students/Client and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in India. Skills

• Interested in mentoring and guiding students or clients

• Having a knack for sales.

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Giving information about the courses running by the institute.

• Fixing up the meeting office & Zoom Meetings.

• Attending all incoming and Outgoing calls.

• maintaining a database of the inquiries received (walk-ins);

• Maintaining all the documents.

• Daily follow-up of the inquiries

• Handling the Telephonic & walking candidate who comes for an inquiry.

• Giving stock Market Courses guidance by client get enrolled with the Academy Desired Candidate Profile

Sales:

Follow up on leads and inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our share market classes.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing students.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or financial services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge or interest in the share market and financial instruments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Salary: 13,000.00–21,000.00 per month(Incentive up to 3000)

Schedule: Day shift Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
