Admission Counsellor

🎯Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries related to institute courses.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counseling.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career outcomes.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to ensure conversion.
• Update and manage enquiry and admission data in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the academic and training teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to build trust with students and parents.

✅ Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).

• Well-presented, confident, and persuasive in conversation.
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital communication tools.
• Passion for education and helping students choose the right career path.
