Assembly Fitter

Candidates having experience in making jigs & fixtures, pneumatic SPM, robot grippers, industrial workstations, trolleys, racks etc.. need to travel for installation on sites anywhere in Pune and out of Pune.Hands on work experience of making instruments and equipments from Aluminum profiles like SPM, Assembly fixtures, worktables, PPE boards, basic knowledge of pneumatics, proximity switches, etc..

Must be willing to travel extensively in Pune region and across other states, as and when required. Prefer to have Knowledge of robot grippers for plastic part picking, robot programming, injection molding. Two-Wheeler and its license must.

Job involves creating bill of material required for making particular fixture, making fixture as per provided drawing or as per application. Fixture inspection prior to dispatch. Installation of fixture at customer site. Making fixture installation report and submitting the same after successful installation. Injection molding, plastic molding experience will have added advantage.
