Assistant Video Editor

Job Title: Video Editor (3 Years Experience) + Personal Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can also assist the owner as a Personal Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content while also managing day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks for the owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos
• Add effects, transitions, music, and graphics
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing/content teams for video requirements
• Handle revisions and maintain video files

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage the owner’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
• Handle calls, emails, and basic correspondence
• Assist in planning, coordination, and follow-ups
• Support in daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented
