Audit Executive

Role Overview:

The Audit Executive will be a crucial member of the Finance and Operations team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data across all Skyjumper Trampoline Park centers nationwide. This role involves meticulous data cross-verification and thorough checking of billing and financial documentation for all pan-India locations..

Key Responsibilities:

·       Pan-India Data Verification: Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits to cross-verify operational, sales, and financial data reported by all Skyjumper Trampoline Park centers across India.

·       Cross-Verification: Compare data from multiple sources (e.g., Point of Sale systems, accounting software, operational reports) to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and potential instances of fraud or error.

·       Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, control weaknesses, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to management for corrective action and process improvement.

·       Compliance: Ensure all centers adhere to standardized accounting procedures, cash handling protocols, and internal financial controls.

·       Follow-up: Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations across all centers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 years of experience in Audit Executive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, and guest-oriented personality.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Audit tools, MS Office, MS Excel and basic reporting.
