Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate breakdown service calls for UPS, inverter, and battery systems
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance visits
• Assign service engineers and follow up for timely closure
• Maintain service records, job cards, and AMC details
• Handle customer calls, complaints, and escalations
• Coordinate with spare parts and internal teams

Requirements:

• 1–5 years experience in service coordination
• Knowledge of UPS, inverters, and batteries
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)

Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Electrical preferred)
