Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary & Incentives

Salary: 4LPA

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance-based)

Language Requirement

Basic English and Hindi

Job Overview

SmartyD is hiring a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, sales closure, and basic back-office support.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling and outreach

Communicate with prospects and explain SmartyD’s digital products

Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets

Maintain and build long-term client relationships

Manage follow-ups, inquiries, and customer records

Assist with basic reporting and documentation

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Sales / CRM

(Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are welcome)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
