Job Title: Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Sales)


Department: Sales & Client Success – Digital Marketing

Location: Remote (Pune preferred)

Mandatory in-office presence: 2 days per month

  • Work TimingsMonday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday (Half Day): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end sales and client communication within a digital marketing agency environment.


The role involves owning the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to client discussions, proposal coordination, negotiation, and deal closure. You will work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure client expectations are well-aligned with our digital solutions.


Candidates with prior experience selling digital marketing services and strong client-handling skills will be highly preferred.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → pitching → proposal → closure
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online research
  • Conduct introductory and discovery calls, understand client needs, and recommend suitable digital solutions
  • Clearly present and pitch services such as SEO, website development, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, timelines, and delivery alignment
  • Maintain and update CRM, lead trackers, follow-up schedules, and sales reports
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
  • Travel locally for client meetings, demos, or closures as required


Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in business development / sales

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is strongly preferred
  • Proven exposure to end-to-end sales and client communication
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO, social media marketing, websites, and digital services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with targets, timelines, and CRM tools
  • Must HaveTwo-wheeler and valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
  • Personal laptop and stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
