Job Title: Sales Executive – Recruitment & Staffing

Location: Remote (Client Meetings as Required)

Employment Type: Full-Time

 

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to acquire and manage clients for our recruitment and staffing firm.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, meeting decision-makers, pitching services, and closing long-term recruitment contracts. The role blends remote communication and in-person meetings across different locations, depending on client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•                    Identify and connect with potential clients (IT & Non-IT companies) for staffing and recruitment partnerships.

•                    Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.

•                    Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, and referrals.

•                    Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.

•                    Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements efficiently.

•                    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•                    Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements

•                    1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment services.

•                    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•                    Confident, persuasive, and performance-driven mindset.

•                    Comfortable with both remote and on-ground client engagement.

•                    Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn.
