Job Summary:

Encegen AI Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license and their own two-wheeler to manage field visits, meet clients, and promote company products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.

•Visit clients, distributors, and retail outlets within the assigned territory.

•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

•Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

•Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales management team.

•Maintain accurate records of daily sales visits and client interactions.

•Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any stream and adaptability to software development. 

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales & Marketing (Freshers can apply).

License: Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Vehicle: Candidate must own a two-wheeler.

Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of local market and geography

 Self-driven and result-oriented

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
