Role OverviewWe’re seeking a smart, empathetic, and confident female Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team at Greater Noida West (Noida Extension).

In this role, you will guide Indian nurses toward high-paying, stable careers in Germany — through consultative conversations, clarity-building sessions, and trust-based enrollments.

You’ll be the bridge between aspiration and opportunity — helping professionals take life-changing career decisions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with nurses (via inbound and outbound leads) to understand their career goals.
  • Conduct in-person and Zoom consultations to explain KareerCoach’s Germany Nursing Program.
  • Build trust by handling objections related to fees, relocation, or visa procedures.
  • Guide candidates through the entire roadmap — from language learning to job placement.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (training, documentation, and placement) for smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets through meaningful and consultative sales conversations.

Requirements Must-Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Counseling (preferably EdTech, Coaching, Study Abroad, or Recruitment).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Experience with Zoom or video consultations.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-driven.
  • Comfortable using CRM and calling/reporting tools.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or overseas education consulting.
  • Knowledge of German job market or international relocation processes.
  • Familiarity with structured funnel-based selling and follow-up systems.
