Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales. This is a hybrid role, meaning the employee is not required to come to the office daily, but must be available and actively working during official reporting hours (9 AM–6 PM).
Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development
Identify and generate new B2B leads (dealers, wholesalers, retailers, corporate clients)
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Present company products, pricing, and proposals
Follow up on leads and close sales deals
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
B2C Business Development
Support direct customer acquisition and sales
Coordinate with digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media teams
Handle customer inquiries and conversion follow-ups
Assist in brand visibility and customer engagement initiatives
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Identify new sales channels and opportunities
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and business events when required
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily activity updates, lead tracking, and sales pipeline
Submit sales reports and MIS on a regular basis
Stay connected with management during working hours
Hybrid Work Structure (Important)
This is a Hybrid job role
Daily office presence is NOT required
Employee must be:
Available online / on call from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Attend office meetings, reviews, or client visits when instructed
Follow company reporting, tracking, and communication systems
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Proven exposure to B2B and B2C markets
Experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textile, or lifestyle industry preferred
