Job Description: Sales Executive – IT Leasing & MarketingLocation: Pune (Hinjawadi, Baner and surrounding IT corridors)

Experience: 2–5 years (Relevant field experience mandatory)

Industry: Commercial Real Estate / IT Office Leasing

Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in IT office space leasing, social media marketing, and field sales. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting IT commercial properties, and closing leasing deals in key IT hubs such as Hinjawadi and Baner.

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads for IT office space leasing through field visits, networking, brokers, and online platforms.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings with corporate and IT clients.
  • Promote available office spaces through social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, property portals, etc.).
  • Handle inquiries, give property presentations, and negotiate leasing terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor offerings in the Pune IT market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and deal closures.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in IT office leasing / commercial real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of Pune IT market, especially Hinjawadi and Baner (added advantage).
  • Experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Background in commercial leasing, IT parks, or corporate real estate.
  • Existing network with IT companies, consultants, or brokers is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and closing deals end-to-end.
