Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company leads

• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication

• Understand customer needs and qualify leads

• Coordinate with the Field Sales Team to close deals

• Schedule appointments for qualified leads

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams

• Achieve sales targets and performance goals


Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport with customers over calls

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Target-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in Banking, BPO, EdTech is an added advantage
