Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Craft persuasive and customized proposals to bid on projects.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently securing new projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates on bidding activities and outcomes.
