Job Description:  

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow our furnishing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with architects, interior designers, housing societies, and hospitality clients (hotels/lodges), and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C clients.  

- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, society managers, and hotel owners.  

- Plan and execute marketing visits, presentations, and follow-ups.  

- Monitor local market trends and suggest promotional strategies.  

- Drive store walk-ins and sales through partnerships and outreach.  

- Collaborate with the sales team for lead conversion.  

- Track business development efforts and report progress.

Requirements:  

- Prior experience in sales/marketing or business development preferred.  

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
